We hope you love your TH + CO purchase. Because many of our products are made, prepared, or packaged specifically for each order, all sales are final and we do not accept returns, refunds, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

Sale, promotional, discounted, and imperfect items are also final sale.

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase, including product selections, colors, quantities, and shipping information.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive an incorrect item due to an error on our part, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and packaging so we can review the situation.

If the item is determined to be damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will work with you to make it right through a replacement or another appropriate resolution.

Order cancellations
Orders cannot be canceled or changed once they have been placed. Please double-check all order details before submitting your purchase.

Exceptions
Any exceptions to this policy are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are at the discretion of TH + CO Designs.
