What is your current processing times?
Processing times for all custom cash envelopes is currently 2-3 weeks excluding weekends and holidays. From the day you purchase the envelopes, it can take up to 3 weeks for me to fulfill the order. All my custom cash envelopes are made to order, therefore, I need ample time to fulfill all orders.Processing times for in stock items is 3-5 business days excluding weekends and holidays.

Cancellations and Refunds
In order to ensure transparency and clarity, I have implemented a strict refund and cancellation policy. It is important for my customers to fully understand and acknowledge this policy before making a purchase.I do not offer refunds or cancellations on any of our products. This policy is in place to protect the integrity of my business and maintain fairness for all customers.
While I do not offer refunds or cancellations as a general rule, there may be certain exceptions to this policy. For example, if a product arrives damaged or defective, I will gladly replace it. Additionally, if there is an error on my part, I will take full responsibility and rectify the situation.It is important to note that exceptions are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Missing Packages/Delayed Packages/Defective Products
When it comes to shipping packages, it's not uncommon for customers to experience the frustration of a missing package. While it can be a disappointing and inconvenient situation, it's important to understand the role and responsibilities of different parties involved.
Once the package is handed over to USPS for delivery, the responsibility of the package's timely arrival is dependent on the carrier. As a small business owner, I understand the frustration and disappointment that comes with a missing package. However, I am not liable for any missing or delayed packages once it is shipped through USPS.
If you find yourself in a situation where your package is missing, I recommend taking the following steps:
Contact USPS: Reach out to USPS directly to report the missing package. They have the necessary tools and resources to investigate and resolve the issue.
File a Claim: If necessary, file a claim with USPS to seek compensation for the missing package.
